We are looking for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering quality service. The Shift Manager will oversee operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth workflow, excellent customer service, and adherence to company standards.

Shift Manager Requirements/Responsibilities

  • 2+ years of fast food restaurant leadership experience
  • Lead and manage shifts, ensuring a high-quality customer experience
  • Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and overall restaurant standards
  • Train and supervise crew members, providing guidance and support
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to manage inventory, scheduling, and shift planning
  • Communicate with other managers to maintain consistent operations
  • Handle safety, security, and profitability during assigned shifts
