A growing and well-known fast-food group is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our high-traffic location. We are looking for a motivated and hands-on leader who can drive customer satisfaction, boost sales, and manage daily operations effectively. Restaurant General Manager Requirements/Responsibilities
- 4+ years as General Manager in Fast Food Restaurants
- Must have Hamburger University certifications
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality customer service
- Manage inventory, ordering, and budget control
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members
- Monitor and optimize food safety and sanitation standards
- Develop strategies to boost sales and maintain profitability
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
