General Manager Responsibilities

  • Lead all Department Managers and their teams to provide exceptional service, ensuring adherence to operating standards and prioritizing guest and team safety and satisfaction
  • Coach, develop, and mentor direct reports and team members to drive engagement, growth, and performance
  • Responsible for venue operations, budgets, sales, expenses, and task completion
  • Experienced with business metrics and trends to maximize profit, revenue, and operational efficiency
  • Create strong connections with community leaders and organizations to enhance relationships and promote brand presence

General Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or business administration
  • 5+ years GM experience in hospitality, hotel or Entertainment Venue
  • High-volume/multi-department – $8M+ annual revenue minimum
  • Strong communication, time management, organizational and leadership skills
  • Proven skills in executing Catering and Events
  • Proven Expertise with Financial P & L and Business Acumen
  • Guest and team member centric
  • NRO experience PREFERRED
