General Manager Responsibilities
- Lead all Department Managers and their teams to provide exceptional service, ensuring adherence to operating standards and prioritizing guest and team safety and satisfaction
- Coach, develop, and mentor direct reports and team members to drive engagement, growth, and performance
- Responsible for venue operations, budgets, sales, expenses, and task completion
- Experienced with business metrics and trends to maximize profit, revenue, and operational efficiency
- Create strong connections with community leaders and organizations to enhance relationships and promote brand presence
General Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or business administration
- 5+ years GM experience in hospitality, hotel or Entertainment Venue
- High-volume/multi-department – $8M+ annual revenue minimum
- Strong communication, time management, organizational and leadership skills
- Proven skills in executing Catering and Events
- Proven Expertise with Financial P & L and Business Acumen
- Guest and team member centric
- NRO experience PREFERRED
