Engineering Service Technician Job Summary:

  • Customer Engagement: Proactively connect with strategic customers to address issues, promote upgrades, and strengthen relationships through monthly newsletters
  • Technical Services: Handle incoming service calls, conduct machine QA and repairs, and oversee equipment installation and training
  • Collaboration & Documentation: Introduce services to prospects, coordinate with engineering and R&D on projects, and ensure accurate documentation and invoicing in the CRM

Engineering Service Technician Job Qualifications:

  • Education: BS or MS in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related fields; associate degree with relevant experience acceptable. Military experience in lieu of degree is acceptable
  • Experience: 3+ years in engineering or technical services, with strong mechanical/electrical system knowledge and hands-on maintenance skills
  • Skills: Proficiency in CAD or similar software, excellent communication, troubleshooting abilities, and willingness to travel for field service (1-2 trips/month)
