They are seeking a dynamic RN Wellness Director to lead their wellness initiatives and make a meaningful impact on the lives of their residents.

Senior Living Wellness Director Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual salary between $95-$105k
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) plan
  • 401(k)

Senior Living Wellness Director Requirements:

  • Active RN license in MN in good standing
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; MSN preferred
  • At least two years of nursing experience with a geriatric population
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and part of a care team
  • Experience in clinical leadership managing hourly care staff, scheduling, and an on-call environment
  • Experience with mandated state audits

Senior Living Wellness Director Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee wellness programs that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being
  • Conduct health assessments and create individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for residents
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs and make necessary adjustments, communicating that information to the care team
  • Educate staff, residents, and families about wellness initiatives and health-related topics
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Lead and mentor care staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
