We are seeking a Construction Program Manager for our client in the Laurel, MD area, who has DOD Security clearance and 10+ years of experience in commercial and government projects.

Construction Program Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee construction-related activities and provide project management for contracts.
  • Coordinate with customers, review schedules and designs, and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop solutions to construction challenges and field issues, ensuring adherence to contract requirements.
  • Review contractor submittals for compliance with contract specifications.
  • Provide support during all phases of project acquisition, including responding to offeror inquiries, attending site visits, and participating in contractor/government meetings.
  • Assist the Contracting Officer by drafting technical responses to change orders and other project-related issues.
  • Prepare statements of work, cost estimates for new contracts, and modifications to existing contracts.

Construction Program Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management for commercial or government construction projects.
  • Active DOD security clearance and clean record
