Assurance Staff, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our client's financial statements. You will work closely with experienced professionals and have the opportunity to gain exposure to a diverse range of industries and clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit and Assurance: Conduct financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations for various clients, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Client Engagement: Interact with clients to gather necessary information, explain audit processes, and address their inquiries professionally and courteously.
  • Testing and Analysis: Perform substantive testing, analytical procedures, and risk assessment to identify potential issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Documentation: Prepare detailed audit workpapers and maintain organized documentation to support audit findings and conclusions.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax professionals and advisory specialists, to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, accounting standards, and regulatory changes to enhance audit methodologies and techniques.
  • Professional Development: Pursue opportunities for professional growth, including obtaining relevant certifications (e.g., CPA) and attending training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • I am willing to travel to client locations as required.
