Assistant General Manager Qualifications
- 2+ years experience as an Assistant General Manager for an upscale casual or fine dining establishment
- Genuine passion for hospitality
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- ServSafe and Allergen Certifications required
Assistant General Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee all front of house operations
- Work closely with General Manager to obtain positive financial results
- Resolve guest problems with tact and efficiency
- Lead and motivate team to provide the best service to all guests
