General Manager Qualifications
- 2+ years experience as a General Manager for an upscale casual or fine dining establishment
- Genuine passion for hospitality
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- ServSafe and Allergen Certifications required
General Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Work closely with ownership to obtain positive financial results
- Resolve guest problems with tact and efficiency
- Mentor and develop team to support professional and operational growth
