We seek a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our integrated team in Vail, Colorado.
We are an integrated office looking for a physical therapist to work in our collaborative setting. Our integrated group includes physical therapy, medical, and chiropractic professionals. We love sports medicine but treat all types of patients and conditions. The applicant must be confident in their ability to examine, diagnose, and form and execute treatment plans in collaboration with other providers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in physical and rehabilitation medicine, orthopedics, and sports medicine.
Prior training in SFMA, and dry needling a bonus, but not mandatory.
Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
– Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and prevent further injury
– Use a variety of techniques such as trigger point therapy, exercise, and manual therapy to improve patients' physical function
– Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue at home
– Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals involved in the patient's care
Physical Therapist Requirements:
– Must have a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program. Candidates with a Masters will be considered
– Must have a current state license to practice physical therapy
– Previous experience preferred, but not mandatory
Physical Therapist Benefits:
