We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive HR support to all departments, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience handling employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and recruitment.
Human Resource Manager Responsibilities:
- Address employee inquiries, provide guidance on HR policies, and support conflict resolution
- Assist in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees. Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the organization
- Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollments, terminations, and claims. Educate employees on available benefits
- Support managers in employee performance reviews, goal-setting, and development plans
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws. Maintain accurate employee records and oversee employee training..
Human Resource Manager Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as a Generalist
- Solid understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus
