Looking for a Passionate and Dedicated Regional Pediatric Nursing Director of Operations(RN) for our Outpatient Pediatric Client that provides a special one of kind caring and individualized approach for their clients. Pediatric Chief Nursing Office Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement plans for providing nursing care, treatment, and services, including the determination of the types/numbers of nursing personnel necessary to provide nursing care need for each location.
- Develop a patient-focused, team-oriented culture, working in conjunction with all other medical, clinical, and therapeutic disciplines to ensure optimal service and superior outcomes.
- Take full responsibility for the quality of nursing care provided.
Pediatric Chief Nursing Office Requirements
- Texas RN License or Nurse Compact License
- Required Minimum of 2 years experience in the PICU or NICU Setting
- Prefer 3 years of Leadership experience
Pediatric Chief Nursing Officer Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary $110-125,000 Depending on Experience
