Our multi-generational family owned and operated business is growing and seeking to add a Commercial Bookkeeper to oversee the growth and excellence of our service department.
Commercial Bookkeeper Responsibilities:
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including coding invoices, processing payments, and managing monthly billing
• Maintain accurate job cost records, manage equipment tracking, and ensure the integrity of financial data
• Collaborate with leadership and operations to resolve budget discrepancies and support the development of financial strategies
Commercial Bookkeeper Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with experience in full-charge industrial/ commercial small business accounting
• Deep knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel, and accounting systems
• Knowledge of Service Titan and Builder Trend required
• Strong ability to work independently, communicate effectively
• Previous experience working in the HVAC is preferred
