- Our client, a well-established and highly respected provider of remote bookkeeping and accounting services who supports multi-unit companies with their various accounting needs, is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager with comprehensive accounting, bookkeeping, and project management experience. If you are a proactive, collaborative team player and leader with excellent communication skills, who can manage responsibilities and deadlines effectively, we’d love to hear from you!
- 100% fully REMOTE position!
- Accounting Manager Benefits and Compensation:
- Salary range of $75k-$83k DOE + Bonus
- Fully remote role with flexible scheduling!
- Quarterly performance reviews

- Accounting Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of full-cycle Bookkeeping and Accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required
- Strong General Accounting knowledge and experience
- Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop/QuickBooks Online
- Proficient in Excel
- Multi-unit / Multi-location accounting experience is necessary
- Experience using Billable hours
- Strong and confident personality and work style
- Strong leadership skills
- Confidently manage projects and processes
- Quality focused
- Able to meet with clients via phone or web call to review their business and analyze accounting
- Build trusted client relationships
- Able to meet deadlines
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Customer Service oriented
