  • Cultivate a cohesive team
  • Responsible for cost control including payroll, food costs, production, and inventory
  • Consistently execute in a scratch kitchen environment with a high attention to detail
  • Effectively manage and oversee $8+ million in annual revenue
  • Proven track record of strong written and verbal communication
  • Inspire and motivate the team!
