Commercial Kitchen Service Technician Responsibilities

Deliver premium service solutions for high-performance commercial cooking, ware-washing, and specialty foodservice equipment

Provide exceptional customer service to a designated geographic area by leveraging your advanced mechanical skills, troubleshooting expertise, and ability to interpret technical diagrams and schematics.

Collaborate with manufacturers as needed to facilitate accurate diagnoses and parts identification.

Produce precise and timely administrative documents, including work orders, time reports, receipts, and truck stock inventory management.

Commercial Kitchen Service Technician Requirements

Minimum 10 years of technical expertise in refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, and HVAC systems.

Willingness and ability to participate in an on-call rotation, including evenings and weekends.

Relevant technical training, licenses, and/or certifications (EPA/CFESA) to ensure expertise in commercial kitchen equipment repair.
