We are a casual restaurant with a hipster vibe looking for natural leaders who love the food and beverage industry. We are looking for an experienced  Assistant General Manager with ambitions to grow into a General Manager. If you have a proven track record of efficiently running a fast-casual restaurant with a scratch kitchen and enjoy working with a diverse group of teammates, we hope you will apply!

Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee guest services and create excellent customer service experiences 
  • Takes on administrative responsibilities and supports the General Manager
  • Hire, onboard, and train personnel
  • Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Assistant General Manager Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in full-service restaurants highly preferred
  • Financial knowledge and the ability to hit and exceed goals
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to mentor team members
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
