We are looking for an Events Project Coordinator to join our growing team. The Project Coordinator should have meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication and organizational skills, understand the importance of the profitability of projects for the company, and will be successful in managing the day-to-day supporting multiple projects.

Project Coordinator Qualifications and Responsibilities:

  • 3 years of experience coordinating and supporting special events, weddings, and/or entertainment
  • Proven track record of coordinating and/or managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Fluency in Events technology platforms (keynote, slack, google suite, microsoft, etc)
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays, depending on the needs of the business
  • Assist with organizing special events from conception to execution
  • Preparation of documents to support events (floor plans, run of show, production schedules, etc)
  • Attend client meetings, conference calls and site visits
  • Travel is required for this role (20+ days per year, varies with event schedule)
