Executive Chef Benefits:

Executive Chef Responsibilities:

Mentor, develop, and curate a highly motivated, quality-driven team
Create an innovative menu that aligns with the restaurant's vision
Ensure the kitchen is run in a fiscally responsible manner – hitting budgets and bottom line

Executive Chef Qualifications:

Must have a minimum of 5 years of Executive Chef Steakhouse experience with excellent tenure
Quality-driven, high-luxury fine dining establishment experience
Must be a leader and coach
Hands-on, creative, and skilled
