What You’ll Bring:
- Experience: 3+ years in restaurant management, preferably in upscale casual dining.
- Wine Expertise: Strong knowledge of wine, pairings, and creating memorable dining experiences.
- Leadership: A proven ability to mentor, train, and inspire teams to excel.
- Financial Acumen: Expertise in managing P&L, labor costs, and inventory.
