Our client, a well-known Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand, is seeking an experienced General Manager to join their team. If you thrive in a positive culture, excel at coaching and mentoring, and want to be part of an outstanding team, this opportunity is for you!
QSR GM Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the management team to achieve operational excellence.
- Provide training, coaching, and professional development for all staff.
- Recruit, hire, and effectively onboard new team members to ensure success.
QSR GM Qualifications:
- Flexible to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a QSR General Manager with Drive-Thru operations.
- Strong knowledge of P&L management.
- Bilingual in Spanish
QSR GM Compensation:
- Quarterly and year-end bonus opportunities.
- 75% employer-paid health insurance for single and family plans, plus accident, life, short-term, and long-term disability coverage.
- Paid time off: Two weeks in years 1-2, three weeks in years 3-4, and four weeks from year 5, with an additional four-week sabbatical.
- 401k retirement plan.
