We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate team in providing quality care to patients of various ages. If you have a genuine passion for the CNA role and are committed to enhancing the quality of life for our residents, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Resident Safety and Well-Being: Ensure the safety and well-being of residents through attentive care and supervision.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of all resident information.
- Assistance Protocols: Follow established protocols for providing physical assistance, including bathing, hygiene, and wheelchair mobility.
- Engagement: Escort residents to scheduled activities and engage with them when appropriate to enhance their experience.
- Living Area Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization in residents' living areas.
- Documentation: Complete resident documentation in the Health Services Management System (HSMS) promptly and accurately.

Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Certification: Valid CNA Certification and current CPR Certification.
- Experience: Preferred prior experience in the field.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds independently.
