Key Responsibilities:

• Resident Safety and Well-Being: Ensure the safety and well-being of residents through attentive care and supervision.
• Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of all resident information.
• Assistance Protocols: Follow established protocols for providing physical assistance, including bathing, hygiene, and wheelchair mobility.
• Engagement: Escort residents to scheduled activities and engage with them when appropriate to enhance their experience.
• Living Area Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization in residents' living areas.
• Documentation: Complete resident documentation in the Health Services Management System (HSMS) promptly and accurately.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Certification: Valid CNA Certification and current CPR Certification.
• Experience: Preferred prior experience in the field.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds independently.
