FOOD AND BEVERAGE OPERATIONS MANAGER
Seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager for this exciting, high-tech, upscale, food and beverage venue. Food & Beverage Operations Manager Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years supervisory experience in upscale food and beverage or nightclub venues
- Ability to train their team, direct, and delegate work assignments
- Experienced in basic administrative, business, and cash handling procedures
- Willingness to work on-typical hours including evenings into e early mornings, and weekends
Food & Beverage Operations Manager Responsibilities:
- Maintains patron satisfaction and builds relationships with preferred customers
- Recruiting, selecting, training, and scheduling of hourly staff
- Clearly communicates job expectations while enforcing policies and procedures
- Maintains safe, secure, and healthy facility environment
