As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for delivering amazing food and running a best-in-class kitchen. Our ideal candidate is a people-first leader who cares about delivering an amazing experience for both our guests and their team. We are looking for someone who has a great scope of experience in the heart of the house. We want a systems-focused leader who is looking to join a fast-growing company.

Executive Chef Responsibilities:

- Oversee Kitchen Performance through brand scorecard
- Build and Sustain a Safe and Clean Workplace
Executive Chef Qualifications:
- 3+ years of restaurant or eatertainment venue experience
- ServSafe Certification, local Food handler Certifications (as required)
- Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written
- A proven leader with experience operating, and overseeing kitchens
- Ability to understand data, financials, and analytics to develop key performance insights
- An operator who is innovative, detailed-oriented, effective at prioritization, and most of all excited to take on an entrepreneurial role with a fast-growing company
- Basic computer knowledge and office skills required
