We are looking for a People-Focused Fast Casual Restaurant General Manager to Join our Team!
General Manager Responsibilities:
- In charge of the entire operation
- Oversee, guide, coach, and mentor a team of up to 15
- Build genuine guest connections
- Community-focused
General Manager Qualifications:
- Previous experience in high-volume Casual Restaurants or Food Retail concepts preferred
- Charismatic leader
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
