We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our passionate team in providing instruction, care and supervision to children and adults. We believe in respect and individualized care as we support our residents in their homes.

Certified Nursing Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize resident safety through supervision and care
  • Ensure confidentiality with all residential information
  • Follow proper procedures as it relates to physical handling, bathing and hygiene, guiding and training, and wheelchair management
  • Accompany residents to and from their scheduled programs and participate when fitting
  • Engage in meaningful activity outside of scheduled programs
  • Clean and keep tidy the home of the resident
  • Complete resident charts within HSMS

Certified Nursing Assistant Requirements:

  • High school diploma / GED
  • CNA Certification and current CPR Certification
  • Experience in the field is preferred
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds without assistance

Certified Nursing Assistant Benefits:

  • CNA certified – HS Diploma/GED Base pay: $20.00
  • CNA certified- 4-year degree Base pay: $21.00
  • CNAs working AM shift on the weekend earn an additional $2 per hour
  • CNAs working PM shift M-F earn an additional $3 per hour and $5 per hour on weekend shifts
  • CNAs working OVN earn an additional $1.50 an hour and $3 per hour on weekends
