We are seeking a passionate and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Chinese cuisine, particularly in dumpling preparation, and a proven ability to lead and mentor kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment.

Kitchen Manager Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef in a Chinese cuisine-focused restaurant (must have)
  • Strong knowledge of dumpling preparation and Chinese culinary techniques
  • ServSafe Food Safety Manager certification

Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

  • Supervise kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling, while maintaining a positive and productive work environment
  • Ensure all dishes meet high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency through regular taste tests and quality checks
  • Oversee ordering, storage, and inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure cost-effective purchasing and minimal waste
