Executive Chef Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years working in a high-end scratch kitchen in an Executive Chef role
  • Extensive knowledge in Italian Cuisine
  • Experience executing annual sales volumes of $10M or above
  • Dedication to development of team
  • A humble but confident leadership technique
  • Experience with inventory and purchasing
  • Experience with schedule writing and labor costs
