Looking for an Executive Chef for a fast-paced, food-first concept unlike any other. Executive Chef Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years working in a high-end scratch kitchen in an Executive Chef role
- Extensive knowledge in Italian Cuisine
- Experience executing annual sales volumes of $10M or above
- Dedication to development of team
- A humble but confident leadership technique
- Experience with inventory and purchasing
- Experience with schedule writing and labor costs
