Lead and inspire a growing marketing team (5+ direct reports) while overseeing all aspects of marketing, including digital, grassroots, events, in-store promotions, and vendor partnerships. This role demands a strong focus on ROI, innovative campaigns, and alignment with company goals to drive brand growth and guest engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company goals; collaborate with leadership and operational teams
- Marketing Oversight: Manage digital campaigns, community outreach, events, promotions, and vendor partnerships
- Performance Management: Analyze ROI and adjust strategies for continuous improvement
- Brand Integrity: Ensure the growth and consistent branding of all company brands
- Collaboration: Partner with store teams to enhance marketing’s impact on operations and guest experience
- Budget Management: Oversee and optimize the marketing budget for maximum impact
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in marketing, in hospitality in a multi-unit operations
- Expertise in digital marketing, grassroots efforts, event planning, and ROI measurement
- Financial acumen, exceptional communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to commit to 55+ hours weekly in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Familiarity with the Denver market is a plus
