We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and motivated Restaurant General Manager to join our team.

If you have at least 2 years of experience in restaurant leadership as Assistant Manager or above in a casual or upscale casual operation, the passion for delivering outstanding service along with mindful and beautifully prepared food to our guests, and the desire to work with a growing team of like-minded individuals, we want to hear from you! 

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Mentor, motivate, and develop your team
  • Oversee and drive the restaurant's daily workflow
  • Ensure quality of service for all guests
  • Work in a budget ecosystem to manage inventory and labor costs

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years in a leadership role as a Restaurant Manager or AGM
  • Ability to work all meal periods, breakfast, lunch, and dinner
  • Have a deep commitment to strategic planning
  • Strong Attention to detail – the little things matter!
  • Have the ability to respond to problems independently
