Retail General Manager Requirements & Responsibilities:
- 12+ years DEDICATED RETAIL MANAGEMENT experience, leading teams of 20-25 members
- MUST HAVE: Love of all things golf!
- Background in retail management with a very hospitable approach
- Laser focus on guest service excellence
- POS system proficiency and inventory management expertise
- Team leadership through sales coaching and training, promoting suggestive selling techniques
