The Digital Media Coordinator will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across all digital platforms to enhance our brand and drive customer engagement. This role plays a key part in shaping the online voice and visual identity our client. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation, with a passion for the grocery and retail industry.
Digital Media Coordinator Compensation:
- Competitive Hourly Wage of $25.00 to $29.21with Annual Increase

Digital Media Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Create, schedule, and manage daily content (posts, stories, videos) that highlights promotions, new products, community involvement, and store events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality graphics, videos, and written content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and emerging platforms to ensure the client stays at the forefront of digital marketing in the grocery industry.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner to maintain a positive online community.
- Analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, traffic, conversions) and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Assist in managing the store’s website content, ensuring that it is up-to-date with promotions, seasonal campaigns, and relevant information.
- Coordinate with external vendors (influencers, photographers, etc.) to execute digital media projects and campaigns.
- Support digital advertising campaigns, including paid social media ads, Google ads, and email marketing.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the store’s digital marketing efforts.
Digital Media Coordinator Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation, preferably in retail or grocery.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
- Strong skills in graphic design and video editing (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Excellent communication and writing skills with an eye for detail and brand consistency.
- Experience with website management (WordPress, Shopify, or similar) and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.).
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies based on results.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas that resonate with our customers.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
