We’re on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic General Manager to join our team and take the reins of our operations. As our General Manager, you'll work a flexible schedule of approximately 40-45 hours per week. Yes, that includes daytime, evenings, and weekends—just like your favorite tee time!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of approximately 40 sales, fitting, and operations team members.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster strong customer relationships.
• Streamline operations by implementing and maintaining core company processes.
• Cultivate a positive, enthusiastic, and collaborative work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in the golf industry, either professionally or recreationally.
• In-depth knowledge of golf equipment and trends in the industry.
• Proven ability to provide a customer-focused experience.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse golfers and team members.
• Strong time management, delegation, and organizational abilities.
• Capability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• 10+ years of management experience leading teams of 20 or more.
• 5+ years of active involvement in golf.
• Fluency in all aspects of golf—equipment, the industry, and the game.
