We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who is humble, hungry, and smart to lead this established restaurant. New Store opening experience is a plus! This is a great position with quality of life because of the support offered by the ownership.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- 5 years as a Manager of a high-volume, fast-casual concept. Scratch Kitchen experience is highly preferred.
- Strong Leadership skills. Demonstrated financial acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a large team. Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail – lives company vision and culture daily.
- ServSafe Certified.
- The new Store Opening experience is a strong plus!
