Restoration General Manager Benefits:

Restoration General Manager Responsibilities;

·      Business – create and execute growth strategies to increase market share

·      Operations – oversee key daily operations to ensure efficiency, profitability and quality

·      Finances – develop annual budget, monitor performance and course correct as needed

·      Culture – recruit, train and mentor a collaborative, supportive team of professionals

·      Reputation – ensure all projects exceed customer expectations and industry standards

 

Restoration General Manager Requirements:

·      General Manager experience in home restoration, renovation, or new build

·      Proven results in business building, revenue growth, and profitability increase

·     Demonstrated team, network, and relationship building abilities
