Join an employee-owned company as a Quality Technician on second shift (Monday – Thursday, 2:45 PM – 12:45 AM). This role offers hands-on experience with CMM programming, GD&T tolerancing, and machining processes in a fast-paced CNC manufacturing environment. Competitive pay of $24–$30 per hour + $2 shift differential, plus great benefits!

Quality Technician Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • 3+ years of experience in a CNC machine shop or manufacturing setting.
  • Proficiency in CMM programming, GD&T tolerancing, and machining processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Experience with SolidWorks or similar software.
  • Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with production specifications.
