Exciting Opportunity: Quality Technician

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of CMM programming experience (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in a machine shop or similar manufacturing environment (required)
  • Strong understanding of CMM programming, GD&T tolerancing, machining, and manufacturing processes
  • Proficiency in CMM programming software and SolidWorks (or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with quality management systems, continuous improvement methods, and statistical techniques
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain, and support CMM/SmartScope programs and fixturing
  • Design and update work instructions to support manufacturing operations
  • Act as a liaison to customers in new part development and drawing interpretation
  • Assist machinists with correcting issues with programs and processes
  • Support machine tool programmers with GD&T specification interpretation
  • Update and maintain manufacturing and inspection work instructions
  • Work closely with machinists to prove out new parts and prototypes
  • Assist with internal auditing and ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Provide support to inspection and shop floor personnel as needed
