Manufacturing Operations Manager Responsibilities

* Lead and inspire teams across CNC machining, rubber molding, and fabrication departments

* Develop and implement efficient operational processes and quality management systems

* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and streamline production workflows

* Collaborate with executive team to set and achieve strategic operational goals

* Manage resource allocation, budgets, and equipment maintenance

* Establish and track KPIs to ensure operational excellence

* Foster cross-departmental collaboration and communication

* Oversee procurement and inventory management

* Mentor and develop team members while maintaining accountability

Manufacturing Operations Manager Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with CNC lathes and mills

* Proven track record in manufacturing operations management

* Strong leadership abilities with experience building and motivating teams

* Demonstrated success in process development and implementation

* Data-driven approach to performance management

* Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

* Experience with quality management systems and SOPs

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
