We are searching for an Assistant General Manager for our upscale full-service restaurant staff to achieve objective sales and guest service to the highest level. If you are seeking a new opportunity with a great work environment, we would love to speak to you.

 

ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER BENEFITS:

ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee performance review process for all employees
  • Work hand-in-hand with General Manager to deliver disciplinary write-ups and terminations
  • Ensure all new hires are thoroughly trained on the expectations of service standards
  • Implement operating standards for the service team

ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ years of full service restaurant management experience
  • 3+ years of restaurant/hospitality experience
  • Ability to utilize traditional software programs such as Gmail, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), and any additional systems as needed; Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system
  • Able to work nights, weekends and holidays, if the needs of the business and position dictate
