Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Experience managing annual sales volumes of $6 million or more
- Skilled in coordinating and delivering private events and banquets
- 2–3 years of leadership experience in catering and events, including off-premise catering
- Demonstrated career stability and advancement
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is highly desirable
- Provide hands-on leadership and active engagement in managing events
- Foster team development through training and mentorship
- Consistently deliver exceptional food quality and exceed guest expectations
- Ensure adherence to established systems, standards, and procedures
- Manage inventory and maintain cost controls for food and products
