What You’ll Do:
• Lead the legal defense of workers’ compensation cases
• Handle all aspects of discovery and litigation
• Collaborate with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators
What You’ll Bring:
• 4-10 years of experience in Employment Law
• Admitted to practice in California and in good standing with the Bar
• Excellent research, negotiation, and communication skills
• A team-oriented mindset and a passion for providing superior legal service
