We are searching for a SERVICE DIRECTOR to join our SOON-TO-OPEN high-volume, fine-dining restaurant in the heart of mid-town. This position will work closely with the GM to lead our FOH team.

Service Director Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a concept-driven, high-volume restaurant that frequently hosts private events (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • Previous experience in building out and managing a team, and implementing FOH and HR systems, strongly preferred. • High interest and understanding of Asian and Korean cuisine, beverages, and culture.
  • Be the point person for all guest-facing and service-related operations.
  • Lead staff management, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
  • Exemplify good hospitality; guide and motivate our team in creating an exceptional guest experience.
