Executive Chef needed for a local favorite Catering operation
We are looking for a results-oriented Executive Chef who can lead a team based on a culture of excellence and offer our clients a best-in-class experience for every occasion. Great people and team-building skills are required. Don't miss this chance to advance your career!
Executive Chef Comp & Benefits:

Executive Chef Requirements:
- Exposure to sales volumes of $6 million + per year
- Organize and execute private events and banquets
- 2-3 years of leadership in catering & events; some off-premise catering experience required
- Established longevity & career progression
- Professional image & demeanor
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) a huge plus
Executive Chef Expectations:
- Leadership presence and involvement in event management
- Team building and training of staff
- Deliver the highest quality of food and contribute to exceeding expectations
- Consistent execution of all systems, standards, and processes
- Inventory and cost control (food & product cost)
- Ability to create and implement recipes and specials
- Holds staff accountable to expected results
