Director of Merchandise Qualifications & Responsibilities: 

• Develop merchandise strategy and oversee retail operations 
• Collaborate on marketing campaigns 
• Identify growth opportunities 
• 3 years minimum retail merchandising experience 
• Licensing knowledge and inventory management expertise 
• Passion for fashion and branding 
• Work onsite in Tacoma, WA
