We are actively seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our compassionate team and deliver personalized care, guidance, and support to children and adults. Our focus is on promoting respect and providing individualized care for our residents. If this sounds like you – APPLY TODAY!
Certified Nursing Assistant Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid CNA Certification and current CPR Certification.
- Previous experience in the field is preferred.
- Capable of lifting 40 pounds independently.
Certified Nursing Assistant Responsibilities:
- Prioritize the safety and well-being of residents through attentive supervision and care.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all resident information.
- Adhere to proper protocols for physical assistance, bathing, hygiene, training, and wheelchair mobility.
- Escort residents to their scheduled activities and actively participate when appropriate.
- Foster engagement in meaningful activities beyond scheduled programs.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization in residents' living spaces.
- Complete resident documentation in HSMS promptly.
Certified Nursing Assistant Benefits:
- CNA certified – HS Diploma/GED Base pay: $20.00
- CNA certified- 4-year degree Base pay: $21.00
- CNAs working AM shift on the weekend earn an additional $2 per hour
- CNAs working PM shift M-F earn an additional $3 per hour and $5 per hour on weekend shifts
- CNAs working OVN earn an additional $1.50 an hour and $3 per hour on weekends
