We are seeking experienced and driven restaurant leaders to join an fast casual dining establishment in the Charleston area. Restaurant Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including both front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
- Lead, train, and mentor staff to foster a positive and collaborative work culture.
- Manage budgets, inventory, and costs to ensure financial health and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards across all areas of the restaurant.
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in the restaurant industry, with a background in upscale casual dining preferred.
- Strong understanding of both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
