Our client is a beauty industry leader that is looking for a well-experienced Director of Amazon Marketplace Growth with a strong digital marketing professional background to relocate to their southern Florida office.

Director of Amazon Marketplace Growth Perks:

Director of Amazon Marketplace Growth Requirements:

Possess a degree in Business, Marketing or related field, required
MBA, preferred
4+ years of management experience, required
Most recent work experience with an up-and-coming (not household name) digital-first brand selling Direct to Consumer (D2C) Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), ideally with annual revenues in the $50-150MM range.
Ability and desire to work ON SITE (not remote or hybrid) in Southern Florida
7+ years of Amazon marketing experience generating $8-12MM/year in annual revenue on Amazon that is not with an established/household name
Strong expertise in Amazon platform management, including marketing, sales and logistics
Proven ability to establish clear performance metrics and KPIs in order to track progress and measure success of the Amazon channel, presenting results to ownership
Strong proficiency in eComm and data analytics tools and platforms
