Hotel General Manager Qualifications:

  • 2+ years as a Hotel General Manager in branded select service
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Hotel certifications preferred
  • A background in sales and participation in the sales process
  • IHG experience/certification preferred

Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage the hotel team with integrity and consistency
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, empowerment, and genuine caring
  • Actively work to book business
  • Ensure QA standards are met and exceeded on a daily basis
  • Met and greet guests with genuine hospitality, ensuring high GSS scores
  • Other duties as assigned

Hotel General Manager Benefits
