Vineyard Manager Responsibilities/Requirements:

  • Oversee all aspects of winery operations, including production and cellar management
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve production and revenue goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Manage and lead a diverse team of 10 direct reports
  • Coordinate grape harvesting, crushing, fermentation, blending, and bottling processes
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute promotional events, wine clubs, and distribution strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Viticulture, Enology, Business Management, or related field is a plus
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to oversee various aspects of winery operations simultaneously
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance related to wine production and sale
