We are a full-service Conference/Event facility seeking an Administrative Coordinator. This coordinator will support our catering/conference departments with inquiries and bookings and handle various administrative duties. Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft office, Excel, Canva, and Mail Chimp
• Experience creating marketing emails
• Experience working in an F&B or hospitality environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Act as a day to day assistant for the General Manager
• Assist conference department in any booking related tasks
• Facilitate the engagement of client/guest prospects
• Stay energized in your work space by meeting in collaborative team settings
